Organization Design

You design your website, your social media strategy, your brand and your marketing plan. But do you spend time designing your organization? Creating an organizational structure that’s primed for innovation and creativity is an intentional act. I can help you come up with a hiring and a team development strategy to keep your people happy, engaged and pressing forward into the unknown. Organization design typically starts with a conversation about your ambitions, continues with a series of 4 workshops with your team (on Vision/Mission, Roles, Team Processes, and Interpersonal Dynamics) and ends with a report and a tactical plan so you can use what you learn and starting building for the future.
